Your GDPR rights
Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
How to make a request
Email privacy@sojial.com and tell us which right you want to exercise and the account email involved. You can also delete your account and export your data directly — see Account deletion and Data export.
Identity verification
To protect your data we may ask you to confirm control of the account email before we act, and request only the minimum information needed to verify you.
Response time
We respond without undue delay and within one month of a verified request, extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case we will let you know.
Right to complain
You can lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at); you may also contact the authority in your EU country of residence.
