Data Export & Portability
How to get a copy of your Sojial data, in line with your right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

What's included
You can export your account data, profile data, own posts, own comments, own media references, friend/circle connections, event-participation data and basic moderation/report history related to your own account, where legally and technically available.
Format
Export format: JSON, with media references/URLs where available. A direct media-archive download may be added later. At launch, export is available via in-app request or a manual request to privacy@sojial.com and is processed within 30 days.
How to request
Use the in-app export where available, or email privacy@sojial.com from your account address. We do not currently claim a fully automated one-click export unless it is shown as available in the app.
Limits
An export covers data relating to you; it excludes other people's personal data and information that would compromise others' privacy or our security. Some derived or operational records may be summarised rather than exported verbatim.
