Applicability

Sojial is a social and community platform and does not provide a connected product or related service within the meaning of the EU Data Act at launch. The platform therefore does not currently fall under the connected-product data-access obligations of the EU Data Act. Your GDPR access, export and deletion rights remain unaffected.

Access to your data

Independently of the Data Act, we support your GDPR rights of access and portability — see Data rights and Data export.

Portability posture

We aim to provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so you can take it elsewhere. Automated export is offered only where shown as available in the app.

No connected products

Sojial does not provide smart devices, sensors or other connected products. If that ever changes, this posture will be reassessed against the Data Act.
