Decisions such as content removal, labels or visibility limits, feature restrictions, and account suspension or termination.
How to appeal
At launch, appeals are handled manually. Use the in-app report/appeal function where available, or email moderation@sojial.com with the relevant account, content reference and reason for appeal.
How appeals are handled
An appeal is reviewed by a person who was not solely responsible for the original decision where feasible. We re-examine the content and reasons and either uphold, reverse or adjust the action.
Timeline
We aim to review appeals within 14 days. Complex cases, legal requests or safety-related investigations may require more time.
Out-of-court & authority options
Where the DSA applies, you may also be entitled to use a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body, and you retain the right to go to court. Data-protection complaints go to the Datenschutzbehörde.
